(1-25 of 69)Overall a decent software for social Media tasks
- Schedule Content.
- Social Media Monitoring and Listening.
- Analysis and reporting.
- They can improve the Analytics part.
- Promotions part can also improved.
Great service for scalability and efficient management
- The ease of workflow optimization makes Khoros stand out.
- The scale that we achieve across channels using Khoros has been impressive.
- Khoros' audience insights are very impressive and wide-spanning.
- More explanation for beginner users -- perhaps some demo walkthroughs would be helpful for teams using Khoros for the first time.
For the Love of Khoros Marketing!
While the analytics tool is something we use, as well, I don't use it as often. It's very helpful to have performance results available within Khoros Marketing, but it's a bit difficult to use this tool properly. I've noticed that our Khoros analytics hub has not been pulling in accurate information, and I wish that more measurement opportunities were available in the platform (specific follower count growth, individual post breakdowns, etc.). Setup is confusing and performance hubs are limited. However, the Khoros Support team is very helpful and I know I can speak with someone to help me.
- Easy Scheduling
- Providing helpful resource information on Atlas
- The integration of multiple organizations under one account / easy access
- The analytics tool could be improved to provide more accurate / easily accessible performance updates
- Shoppable product tagging within the scheduling tool
- Account integration. My organization has multiple brands under one account and we consistently have to re-connect each social account in the platform. We do not share these social accounts, so it's stressful to coordinate and communicate when these integrations are needed to each individual person.
The analytics tool is difficult to understand, and there are functionalities that I wish were present. I think the performance measurements provided within the analytics tool could be adjusted to better suite the needs of a social media program (specific follower count information, individual post breakdowns, etc.). I also think the account integration functionality could be improved to support multi-brand organizations like mine.
2 year review of Khoros Marketing
- Schedules content
- Organizes content internally
- Posts content to social media platforms
- When I go to add more content to a post in progress from the Khoros content center, it does not show me the content in order by date. Instead, it's scattered so I have to hunt for it through the folder that it's in.
- Sometimes I get an email telling me that a post failed. I'm not sure why this happens. I then go back in and do the post the exact same and it goes through.
A great tool for our use case.
- Scheduling social video.
- Analytics.
- URL customization.
- Support for Facebook reels.
- The better visual display in the week view; currently, it truncates if there are too many posts.
- Direct integration with link-in-bio tools for IG and Tiktok.
- easy of use
- pulling in paid content from native channels
- manual and auto tagging
- Reporting - sometimes we have issue with pulling in paid media posts
- Customer Service - Issues that really impact us that we need quickly fixed can take longer than desired
- They removed the intelligence feature with little notice
- Reporting - The dashboards are great but needs updating so drop and drag and formatting is easier.
It's not perfect, but it's great for a large team!
Before I used Khoros, I didn't have experience with automated social media management, and I hated manually calendaring things, individually posting on different platforms, and sending screenshots or post information to my director for approval every time. Khoros automates those processes, and it lets me store content for posts that can't be scheduled (such as stories). Also, I can see and interact with engagements directly through the system, so I don't have to obsessively check our accounts.
I also use Khoros to get specialized data on all of our social media channels. You can customize your data in dashboards to pull only what you want, such as a certain project, best times for posting, etc., and you can turn those into templates for similar searches or to share within a team.
- Simplifying the posting process
- Organizing post types
- Gathering data
- Simplifying collaboration
- Need a calendar where you can list recurring items, special days, and events to help with weekly planning BEFORE you make the posts.
- side dashboard to access items (see clicklist or asana for examples)
- simplify adding new users and accounts
Suited Our Needs
- Easy to adopt
- I like that you can save pre-approved responses to the library
- You can customize queues to route items to specific team members
- The customer success team is not as connected as they once were.
- Training is limited, you don't feel you're getting a white glove service.
- They seem later to the game in adopting new API features.
Khoros is a decent platform for your budget
- Schedule Social Posts on various platforms with ease
- Easy display comments and responses to our social posts
- Understand when there are errors/issues with social posts that need to be amended
- Sometimes Khoros follows outdated rules/limits on social posts
- Reporting could be more comprehensive
It would be useful to see Khoros more quickly adapt to the social scene as it evolves rapidly - more platforms, staying abreast of updates, and more.
- Labels & its power to pull data for specific needs such as organic versus paid, or detail specific such as in studio content performance versus UGC...etc.
- The ticket support team is on top of things. One issue arises & they are on top of it within a few hours with guidance & support.
- For businesses that manage multiple channels & multiple brands, this is a top notch tool & can't wait to see what Ai will enhance of this already very powerful tool.
- Ability to copy & paste labels since some posts are auto imported like Pinterest videos.
- We need to open up the API limitations, for example Talkwalker has gender insights to twitter but Khoros does not.
- Khoros should have their own insights for social media benchmarks per industry per social media following size.
Khoros Marketing
- Inbox is organized and customizable.
- Content calendar is a great feature.
- Publishing content is SO easy.
- Simple analytics and data exports are easy to use and quick to deliver results.
- TikTok availability on Marketing instead of Care.
- 24/7 support via phone/chat.
- Accounts deauthenticate easily.
Great UI, so easy now anyone can do social media!
- Publishes posts
- Nice dashboards for analytics
- Wonderful UI
- I do not get FB data on my dashboards so I have to use other ones
Khoros Marketing FTW!
- Easy to schedule posts across multiple social channels
- Labels/tags, targeting, media uploads, link previews are easy to use in publishing
- Analytics/data reports are easy to understand and simple to edit/customize
- Stronger Instagram integration (upload cover image for videos)
- Ability to resize images in publisher (not just in content center)
- Threads integration
- Edit/add labels in publisher (not just in settings)
Khoros is Great!
- Schedule/publish content
- Label content
- Content Center - campaigns
- Analyze content
- Instagram publishing features
- Want to be able to export calendar easier
- Alt text for all channels and not just one or two
A robust tool for social media management.
- Custom Reporting Dashboards
- Comment moderation
- Automatic data exports
- A simplified interface
- More metric evaluation
- On demand care team
Great Tool, But Lacks in Areas That Will Help Our Business Grow
- Publishing Interface
- Measuring Performance (despite data lag)
- Dashboards are user-friendly
- Monitor Sentiment
- Monitor Reach across all platforms
- Monitor other competitors / alike competitors on their posts KPIs (Sprinklr has all of the above)
Most likely works well for smaller organizations that don't have a multitude of focuses/business units.
- Inbox feature is easy to use and understand.
- Automated reports.
- Numbers don't always match up to social platforms.
- Creating dashboards from scratch/understanding widgets is difficult.
- Accounts are constantly de-authenticating.
Vast Service Offering - Great for Brands Looking to Scale Their Social Media Investment
- Has a user-friendly platform
- A ton of support resources for new hires and current team members
- Quick to implement/adapt to Social Network API changes
- Analytics are not always accurate or take a long time to sync - specifically for Instagram Reels
- Social Accounts get disconnected frequently
First impressions with Khoros Marketing
- Scheduling. It lets you schedule content in all its details and you don't have to think about it anymore.
- Labeling. Many ways of labeling are available, including some rules to have automatic labels applied to certain types of content.
- Content storage.
- Calendarization.
- Content supported by the platform (PDF). This is valid also for GIFs.
- Complexity of setting up dashboards. Also the way the data are regrouped in the dashboard, they should sometimes be more accurate.
- System of plans.
Great for cross functional teams and easy reporting
- Reporting is great - easy to create bespoke dashboards for multiple ways to view the data and trends in platform
- Onboarding and training - a good repository of knowledge articles for users to access on most aspects of the platform for self-learning
- The user-friendly and intuitive interface allows any user to quickly assimilate how to use the platform.
- Analytics and reporting - sizing of dashboard page makes it difficult to add and position the data 'widgets'
- Naming of knowledge articles not always aligned to the platform terms - some of the content is out of date
- The plan function does not add much value - which is a shame as it could be a good snapshot tool.
If you want to keep your content organized and published correctly, you'll want Khoros Marketin!
- Keeps organic content in one place for easy access.
- Publishes content on organic feeds across multiple social platforms.
- Has in-depth analytics for tracking organic social media posts.
- The "preview" pop out section could be larger so that it's easier to view content.
- The "fields to include" on data exports have many of the same items that are called different things, so better explanations about which one to use would be great.
- Data exports need to be saved outside of the platform because the information expires within the system after a set amount of time.
Room To Grow
- Scheduling
- Planning
- Cross-company view
- Asset management
- Inbox (particularly with LinkedIn)
- Analytics widgets
- Staying up-to-date with Instagram
There is room for improvement in the way different functional teams communicate with each other. Our enagement has not gone as smoothly as we thought it would, due to miscommunication between sales having product knowledge, enablement having knowledge of our business case(s) and customer success being available to connect the various dots.
Universal Tool Kit for all things social
- Customizing
- Organize
- Analyze
- Glitching
- Chat center for help
- More concise user interface
Great tool!
- Calendar View and Scheduling content
- Approval process
- Quick access to social listening searches
- Social Community management / moderation of channels
- Reporting. Being able to pull metrics at the campaign level and pull for all channels
- Provides a simple approval process for content.
- Provides an easy to use and view calendar view that you can move content around in.
- Allows users to have "labels" for content which is incredibly useful for reporting.
- Exporting the calendar could be more aesthetic.
- The analytics dashboards are robust, but not the most intuitive to use.
- There are still tech glitches that result in posts failing to publish from time to time.
